Replace your SIM card
Remove the SIM from your phone: This process is different phone by phone. Please read instruction for your phone.
Insert YOKOSO SIM card into your Phone: Please take extra care when you remove your YOKOSO SIM from the package. Minor damage to SIM card may affect the performance.
You need to download APN setting profile from the following website: https://jpmob.jp/ On the website, there are two versions you can download. Please try either one first and then try another profile if the first one did not work. Please remember to delete this profile when you return to Australia, so that you can connect to Australian local network
After setting up APN as instructed, your phone still says “No Service” or says “Docomo” but no reception. However, you are still able to use internet in these circumstances.
You will need internet connection to download the APN profile. So we recommend that you set up APN while you are in Australian airport where you have access to free wi-fi. Or Alternatively, please use free wifi in airport in Japan or in your accommodation in Japan
